Business Planning
This training session taught me that in order for your business to be successful, you must understand customers, understand exactly what their needs are. You must also know your business' strengths and weaknesses, so you can really focus on your strength. Focusing on your strength will help you outshine your competition, because knowing your competition is also another important element. A business plan is important because it gives you a blueprint to follow when you finally starting the business. In your business plan, you should always write your executive summary last. Since it sums up what your business plan says, it should be written carefully, it is the most important part. You must also know how to present your business plan well to investors because they will either invest their money in your business or not, it just depends on how well you know your business, and how exactly you will be successful.
